Commercial Cleaning
Discover cleaning service options for commercial environments. The page is about the kind of property, not a promise that every business space is handled the same way.
Tell ProClean Solutions how the space is used, which areas are included, and whether the request is regular or one-time. Office-only questions also have their own page.

Cleaning Focus
Commercial cleaning information covers business interiors such as reception areas, work rooms and shared facilities. The exact scope depends on the property you describe.
Ask About This ServiceCommercial cleaning is the label for inquiries about business premises rather than a private home. That can include offices, and it can also include other indoor commercial rooms. If the space is only an office, the office cleaning page may be the clearer starting point.
A commercial request should describe the type of business activity only as far as it affects cleaning access, such as public opening areas or rooms that should not be entered. This website does not publish a service area, a response time, or a contract template.
Property cleaning, as used on this site, means a cleaning inquiry about a premises as a whole. It is not a property management service and it is not a construction service. Post-construction questions are discussed on the deep cleaning page.
Photographs of people cleaning offices and glass are illustrations. They are not claimed as sites serviced by ProClean Solutions.
Commercial cleaning, on this website, means a cleaning inquiry about a business interior rather than a private home. That can include a reception area, a work room, a shared kitchen, a passage, or a customer-facing room. The page uses general words because commercial buildings differ. A small studio and a large floor of offices are both commercial, and the message should say which one you mean. Square metres, if you know them, are useful. A rough description of the layout is also useful.
Say how the space is used during the day. A room that stays empty after closing is a different request from a room that stays occupied. If there is a security desk, an alarm, or a rule about which door to use, include that. If cleaning would need to happen around staff or customers, say so. This page does not promise after-hours work, weekend work, or a same-day visit. Those arrangements are not published. They would have to be discussed, and a discussion is not the same as a confirmation.
Commercial requests often overlap with office cleaning. Use the office page when the space is mainly desks and meeting rooms. Stay on this page when the space is a shop floor, a showroom, a shared business suite, or another commercial interior you can describe. Floor and window pages can be added in the message if glass and flooring are the main concern. The site does not publish a separate industrial, medical, or food-production service, and it does not claim specialist compliance for those settings.
Photographs show cleaning in workspaces, including glass cleaning and a cleaner working with a bucket. They are illustrations. They do not identify a tenant, a building, or a completed contract. Do not read a uniform in a photograph as a statement that ProClean Solutions issues that uniform or employs the person shown.
Contact details are the same across the site: 47 Dublin Road, Lombardy West, Sandton, Johannesburg, 2090, South Africa, +27 72 989 1131, and [email protected]. Describe the business location in the inquiry. The contact address is not automatically the address of the premises to be cleaned. The form keeps a local summary and opens your mail application. Sending the email is the step that can deliver the request. It is not a contract and it is not a confirmed booking.
