FAQ

Questions about services and inquiries

These answers describe the website. They do not set a price, a visit length, a service area, or a guaranteed result.

You can inquire about residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, regular cleaning, one-time cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, floor cleaning and window cleaning. Other cleaning questions can be sent as a general inquiry.

Yes. The residential cleaning page discusses houses, apartments and everyday living spaces. It explains how to describe a home. It does not confirm that a particular property can be scheduled.

Regular cleaning refers to periodic attention for a space in ordinary use. Deep cleaning refers to a more detailed request for areas that may need extra attention. The exact scope depends on the property and the message you send.

Use the contact form. Required fields are your name, email address, subject and message. You can also select a service, a property type, a preferred date and property details. The form saves a summary in this browser. It does not confirm an appointment.

Yes. The office cleaning page covers workstations, meeting areas and shared office zones. Commercial cleaning is the broader category if the premises are not only an office.

Include the service, the property type, the rooms or areas, and any access notes you are willing to share. A preferred date can be added if you have one. Do not send payment card numbers. The form has no payment fields.

Call +27 72 989 1131, email [email protected], or use the contact form. The published address is 47 Dublin Road, Lombardy West, Sandton, Johannesburg, 2090, South Africa. The form saves a summary in your browser and opens your mail application. You still need to send the email. The on-page message explains that this is not a confirmed booking. Opening hours are not published.

Yes. The move-in and move-out page explains how to describe a change of occupancy. Selecting that service does not reserve a date and does not confirm a landlord requirement.

Match the page to the space first, then to the type of visit. A home points to residential cleaning. A workplace points to office or commercial cleaning. A single room can use the kitchen, bathroom, floor or window page. Regular, deep and one-time options describe the kind of visit.

The services page lists every cleaning topic with search and filters. Individual pages explain each topic. Cleaning tips offer general reading about preparing a space and everyday upkeep. Policies explain how the form and the website work.

How to read these answers

If a short answer and a service page overlap, the service page explains the topic and this page explains how to ask. If either page appears to promise a booking, a payment step, or a published phone number, that reading is wrong. The contact page and the terms describe the form as a browser summary, not as a confirmed appointment.

Questions about personal information belong in the privacy policy. Questions about cookies and local storage belong in the cookie policy. Questions about a specific room belong on that service page and, if you choose, in the inquiry form.

More answers about contact and inquiries

The questions above cover the services and the form in short form. This section adds the practical contact details in one place. ProClean Solutions can be phoned on +27 72 989 1131, emailed at [email protected], or written to at 47 Dublin Road, Lombardy West, Sandton, Johannesburg, 2090, South Africa. Opening hours are not published, so the pages do not tell you when a call will be answered. A map search link, where it appears, only opens an external search for that street address. It does not show a service-area boundary.

The form is an extra way to prepare the same kind of message. It checks that your name, email address, subject and message are usable. It can include the cleaning service, property type, preferred date and property details when you fill those in. It then stores a summary in this browser under the local storage key pcs-inquiries and opens your mail application addressed to [email protected]. If you close the mail window without sending, the business has not received the inquiry. The sentence on the page says that you still need to send the email. That sentence is the status of the request.

A preferred date does not hold a slot. A selected service does not reserve a crew. A phone call is not a contract by itself, and an email is not a contract by itself. The terms explain that a cleaning agreement, if one is made, happens outside the act of submitting the form. Prices are not listed because none are published. The FAQ will not estimate a cost from the number of rooms. If you want to discuss scope, describe the rooms and the property and use one of the contact methods.

Photographs are a common follow-up question. They show cleaning in progress, including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, dusting and glass cleaning. They are not reviews, not star ratings, and not photographs of named employees. The site does not publish testimonials. If a page looks as though it is quoting a customer, that is a misreading. The blocks that look like cards are service explanations.

Privacy questions can use the same email address, phone number and postal address. The privacy policy explains the browser copy, the mailbox, and the third-party font and script hosts. The cookie policy explains why there is no consent banner. You can clear the local summary yourself in the browser. Clearing it does not recall an email you have already sent. For the full limits, read the privacy policy, the terms, and the cookie policy rather than relying on this short answer.
